Williams College '62 Center for Theatre & Dance

Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design worked with William Rawn Associates Architects on The Williams College Center for Theatre & Dance, an arts complex that houses a 200-seat Black Box studio theatre, 550-seat theatre and dance rehearsal studio. The prestigious Williamstown Summer Theatre Festival will be held in the 550-seat theatre. HLB designed the warm, wood clad lobby and theatre with halogen sources and through careful design was able to meet the stringent Massachusetts State Energy code. Sparkle and rhythm celebrates the main stage in a classic lighting approach.
