Villa Sienna Apartment Community

Irvine, California

HLB collaborated with McLarand Vasquez Emsiek on this high-end multi-family apartment community for the Irvine Apartment Communities.   The 6 acre site, situated in the city of Irvine, is a lush park like setting punctuated by old-world Mediterranean style building clusters. Our design scope included the lighting of architectural features, entries, private roads, recreational areas, gardens plazas and parks.
