Bank America Arena and Husky Hall of Fame

Working with LMN Architects, Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design provided design for the University of Washington Huskies' Hec Edmundson Pavilion. The lighting scope included the Bank of America Arena sports lighting as well the Founder's Club, Hall of Fame Room, and schematic design assistance with the concourses.

Custom cantilever brackets developed for the Arena lighting were attached to the catwalks for ease of maintenance.  The Hall of Fame exhibits displays that date back to the 1890's and features all 23 of Washington 's athletic programs, retired varsity sports, and a room for the school's athletic Hall of Fame inductees. Lighting track locations were detailed into the ceiling elements for a seamless installation. Fixtures were also integrated into some of the display/casework to provide the appropriate type of illumination for the various display elements. In order to protect the valuable memorabilia, UV filters were utilized throughout.
