Crocker Park
Westlake, Ohio
Working with Bialosky + Partners Architects, HLB designed the lighting for the streetscape, interior lobbies, tenant façades, parking lot and garage exteriors, median park, and collaborated with public artists for this $480 million creatively planned traditional neighborhood. Inspiration for the plan is drawn from the design of historic communities in Northeastern Ohio and around the country.
The 80-acre Crocker Park consists of a mixed-use community of residences, upscale shopping and restaurants, and first class office space. The Crocker Park neighborhood blends living, shopping, working, playing, walking, dining, and socializing. Quaint buildings, floral gardens, gazebos, a chess park, fountains, and public art provide a beautiful setting for the neighborhood and community events.
