The lighting concept behind the Samsung showroom was quite simple - 3 layers of light. HLB developed an approach for delivering deeply saturated color (and color change) to the long side walls and floating ceiling element. The effect was to "paint" the functional masses in colored light. Second, a layer of low level, warm ambient light throughout the space. Third, the integration of narrow beam accent lighting to bring the product into the foreground.
