HORTON LEES BROGDEN LIGHTING DESIGN WELCOMES NEW DESIGNERS

 

Heather M. Lion, a designer with the New York office, recently joined after graduating from Pennsylvania State University , University Park , PA with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering. She was the winner of the Illuminating Engineering Society Philadelphia Section Scholarship in 2003 and the winner of the Susquehanna Section Scholarship in 2004.

Darcie A. O'Connor has joined the Los Angeles office. She received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering/Illumination Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado , Boulder . In addition to being the Chi Epsilon Honor Society Co-President, she has been the recipient of the Roland Rautenstraus, Isbill Associates, and Kenneth Forsythe achievement based scholarships as well as a Women in Engineering Essay Contest winner.

Jason Groob interned with HLB in the summer of 2004 and has returned to join the Los Angeles office as a full-time designer after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering/Illumination Engineering from the University of Colorado , Boulder . While at CU he was the recipient of the David DeCook Scholarship and Vice President of the IESNA Student Chapter.
